On the morning of a wonderful holiday, you can enjoy a varied and extensive breakfast buffet, which is of course included in the room price. Hearty, sweet, traditional or international, sustainable or healthy - we spoil you with all sorts of tasty dishes from our kitchen and your holiday region, the Salzburg region. Let yourself be enchanted and pampered in a particularly enjoyable way in the very unusual and sophisticated ambience of our new breakfast paradise.

You can also enjoy self-catering in our two apartments before you leave Pension Anni in the morning: book our breakfast buffet or order freshly baked bread and pastries from the excellent local baker using the hospitality app and let them deliver your order directly to the front door of our Pension Anni (both at an additional cost).

Loving service

"Come as guests & leave as friends" – in our small, family-run guest house, this is taken as granted. Nothing is more important to us than a very personal and warm way of dealing with our guests and living hospitality. We often chat about the world at breakfast and what moves our guests and us, about news from our "new" home Wagrain or stories from our "old" home, the Netherlands. It is very important to us that you feel comfortable with us and can really enjoy your vacation – if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. We always try to fulfill your wishes or to meet your suggestions!

Details – good to know:

Arrival: from 3 p.m.

Departure: until 10 a.m.

You like to travel overnight and therefore plan an early arrival or you want to win a vacation day for skiing, hiking, etc. and only leave in the afternoon/evening: check-in/check-out times of your booked accommodation type remain as stated. However, we offer you the option of using a large, newly built bathroom and toilet for changing to fulfill your "extended" vacation plans. Your luggage can also be stored and there is the option of booking an extra breakfast on the day of arrival until 9:30 a.m. for an additional cost. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

Prices/payment modalities

Our prices can be found in a requested offer or in the detailed price lists. You will also find details on the deposit there, as this is the only way to make your booking legally valid. The Austrian hotel contract and cancellation conditions apply.

The final bill must be made the evening before departure - in cash, with a valid ATM card or credit card. In addition, the extra payment of the local tax of € 2.05/per adult per night must be paid (children up to and including 15 years are excepted from local tax).

Guest card/Salzburger Sportwelt Card

With your registration you will receive this free guest card, which offers you various discounts from service partners (free or reduced participation in guided hikes, reduced admission prices for museums, mountain railways, sports and leisure activities, discounts on various admission prices, etc.) - above all but this guest card is your key to one free entry per day to the Wasserwelt Wagrain water park.

If you would like to have your guest card available when you arrive - then you can make your registration digitally from home before you arrive by completely filling out the registration form.

Additional offers

Top-equipped side rooms such as ski room with heated shoe dryer, extra bathroom and toilet, wheel storage option, space for hiking and mountain shoes, parking of strollers, luggage and much more complete our offer. In addition, we offer you a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you can use for an additional charge.

We also offer a children's play area and a small but fine range of holiday literature for young and old.

Our garden

Our spacious and very well-kept garden is equipped with several cozy seating areas with parasols and a grill in spring/summer/autumn. Terrace, loungers and green space invite you to relax and unwind, just let your mind wander and enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the village and the surrounding mountains.
